A Deep Arazo Nutrition Joint Support Review

February 12, 2024 By Editor 1 Comment Last Updated: January 29, 2026

*Important notice: we haven’t personally tried Arazo Nutrition Joint Support. This review is based on our opinion and analysis of the available information about this supplement on the web. This review is not medical advice. Talk to a nutritionally-informed doctor before taking any supplement!

Arazo Nutrition Joint Support At a Glance

With 180 capsules per bottle and costing $25.95 , Arazo Nutrition looks like a solid budget-friendly joint supplement. It contains the basic ingredients you’d expect here, including glucosamine, chondroitin, and Boswellia Serrata. Like any supplement, it’s not guaranteed to be suitable for everyone, but it may help ease your joint discomfort and stiffness to an extent, with a low risk of major side effects. I will say this, however: you get what you pay for. They mention 3rd-party testing but we didn’t see any certifications or lab results on their website. Turmeric and Hyaluronic acid are underdosed and may not do much here. If you’re on a tight budget, Arazo Nutrition Joint Support is worth considering. But if you want the highest quality, it’s going to cost more!

About Arazo Nutrition Joint Support

Arazo Nutrition Joint Support is claimed to offer complete joint support, including:

  • Helping to rebuild cartilage
  • Boost joint flexibility
  • Support joint structure
  • Protect joint tissue

It contains 180 tablets per bottle with a serving of 3 tablets per day, preferably with food.

Let’s see what’s inside Arazo Nutrition Joint Support and what you can expect.

Formula Analysis

The ingredients include:

  • Glucosamine Sulfate (1500 mg)
  • Chondroitin Sulfate (1200 mg)
  • MSM (1000 mg)
  • Boswellia Serrata extract (100 mg)
  • Hyaluronic Acid (25 mg)

Arazo Nutrition Joint Support ticks some of the basic boxes I want out of a joint supplement:

  • Contains studied ingredients like glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and Boswellia Serrata
  • The dosages of most ingredients are on point, except for turmeric and hyaluronic acid (more on this below)
  • Non-toxic with low risk of side effects

The formula overall looks capable of helping with joint comfort & inflammation. Potentially helping you to move with less stiffness in joints.

Is Arazo Nutrition Joint Support the most potent or highest quality joint supplement I’ve seen, though? It’s not. For me, the main problems are:

  • Underdosed ingredients
  • Questions regarding certifications of analysis and confirmation of quality of their products.

Turmeric is a spice containing the potent anti-inflammatory compound called curcumin.1,2 It’s typically dosed at 500-1,500 mg per serving.3,4I actually like smaller doses, like 100-250 mg per day, when talking about concentrated turmeric extracts that contain 95% curcuminoids (whereas normal turmeric spice contains 2-6%). But Arazo Nutrition Joint Support only contains 100 mg of basic turmeric powder.

Boswellia extracts like the one in this product should be dosed at 2,400-3,600 mg per day. Unless the extract is AprèsFlex® or 5–Loxin® which have higher concentrations of active compounds and may be effective at lower dosages, like 100-200 mg per day. But Arazo Nutrition Joint Support has plain Boswellia extract at only 100mg per serving in Arazo Nutrition Joint Support.

Hyaluronic acid is another great compound that may aid joint function. But it’s also underdosed at just 25 mg per serving, compared to 120 mg that experts recommend.5

Is this a deal-breaker? Not really. But dosing these three key ingredients higher would possibly help more with joint pain and inflammation.

Safety Notes

The risk of side effects with Arazo Nutrition Joint Support is low. Its well-studied and relatively lightly dosed ingredients should only be avoided by people who’re on medications and have a serious health condition, talking to their physicians first.

Customer Reviews

Arazo Nutrition is one of the most popular joint supplements on Amazon, with over 34,000 reviews written, and an average score of 4.4/5 stars at the moment.

I recommend looking up the reviews for yourself to get a clearer picture of what people found good about the product, and what they didn’t like.

Pricing

For a bottle of 180 capsules (60 servings with a 3 capsule per day dosage), Arazo Nutrition charges $25.95 for Joint Support on their official website.

It also comes in the 60-capsule and 120-capsule versions, which cost less and might be better suited for testing it for the first time.

Final Thoughts

Arazo Nutrition Joint Support is a decent entry-level joint supplement if you want to support how your joints move and feel, although the effects can vary from person to person (like any supplement, really).

It may not be as effective as some higher-dosed options on the market, nor is it as high-quality as top alternatives, but it’s also not as expensive as those supplements.

If your budget allows you, go for a more premium joint formula, but if you’re looking for an affordable option, it might be worth looking into Arazo Nutrition Joint Support. Any questions? Ask in the comments below.
