Zenwise Joint Support Review At a Glance
Zenwise Joint Support is as good as it gets when it comes to budget joint supplements. For this kind of price, you can’t expect the highest-quality ingredients, although you should see a noticeable improvement in your joint health. This includes a reduction in joint pain and stiffness if you suffer from these. For $19.97 per bottle that will last you a month, it’s a decent value for money. It’s not for vegans, though, as glucosamine and some other ingredients are derived from animals. Overall, this is a good product for reducing your joint pain and stiffness, but if you’re able to afford even more effective options, I say go for it.

About Zenwise Joint Support
Zenwise Joint Support is a dietary supplement made to do exactly what its name suggests;
- Support for joint flexibility and mobility
- Reduction of joint inflammation & discomfort
- Promoting the health of knees, hips, and other joints
Zenwise Joint Support is popular online so people are naturally wondering if it is worth buying. I will try to answer that question in this review by analyzing available information about its ingredients, pricing, side effects, customer reviews, and other factors on the web. This should give us a fairly accurate picture of how you may expect it to work for your joints.
When and How to Take
You’re supposed to take 3 tablets of Zenwise Joint Support per day, preferably with food.
Ingredients
The ingredients in Zenwise Joint Support include:
- Glucosamine Sulfate (1500mg)
- Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium (1200 mg)
- MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) (1000 mg)
- Boswellia serrata (Gum) (100 mg)
- Turmeric Root (Curcuma longa) (100 mg)
- Hyaluronic Acid (as Sodium Hyaluronate) (25 mg)
What do I think of this ingredient profile? I think it should give you a relief from joint pain and stiffness to some extent. The combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM should be enough to produce noticeable results. They are also dosed high enough to achieve full effects.
Everyone is different, of course, so there’s no guarantee exactly how it would work for you.
With that said, there are a few downsides to Zenwise’s Joint Support formula. The first one is that some key ingredients are underdosed. These include turmeric, Boswellia Serrata, and Hyaluronic Acid.
If these were dosed higher, this would be more potent at protecting joints from inflammation and giving more pain relief.
Follow me as I have a closer look.
Glucosamine Sulfate (1500mg)
Glucosamine is an amino sugar and natural component of our cartilage. It plays a vital role in maintaining your joint structure and health.
It’s been suggested that glucosamine levels go down, and with it, the risk of joint problems increases. Supplementation is thought to counter this problem. You may experience less pain, but most of the benefits might be more long-term and behind the scenes (not noticeable).
The dose of 1500 mg per serving in Zenwise Joint Support is excellent. The only exception is if you’re an athlete, in which case the optimal dose rises up to 2000-3000 mg of glucosamine sulfate per day.
Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium (1200 mg)
Chondroitin is another natural component of your cartilage, much like glucosamine. In fact, the two are often supplemented together for their synergistic joint health benefits. Chondroitin plays a role in hydrating joint tissue, which helps with movement and protection from impacts.
You may get similar benefits from chondroitin as from glucosamine, including less pain and improved flexibility.1
The optimal dosage has been shown to be between 800-1200 mg per day, so this is ideal.
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) (1000 mg)
MSM is a sulfur molecule known for its pain relief, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory benefits. It is naturally found in humans, plants, and animals, but it can also be made in a lab. 2
The optimal dosage has been shown to be up to 3000 mg per day, but due to a lack of human studies, we don’t know if 1000 mg per day works the same as higher doses.
Boswellia serrata (Gum) (100 mg)
Boswellia is a gum resin from a tree native to India. Also known as Frankincense. It has potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory bioactivities.3
I’ve used a standalone Boswellia supplement before and, coupled with Performance Lab Omega-3, it practically eliminated my joint pain while using it.
The only thing is, I used 500 mg per day, which is still below the optimal recommended range of 2400-3600 mg per day, but far above the dose of Boswellia in Zenwise Joint Support.
Turmeric Root (Curcuma longa) (100 mg)
Turmeric is a plant which can rival some anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in dealing with arthritis symptoms like pain and stiffness. This seems to be, in large part, due to the plant’s main active compound, curcumin. 4
Alongside Boswellia and omega-3s, curcumin has to be my favorite joint health supplement. There’s just a familiar problem we see here: a low dose.
Studies suggest the optimal dose for standard curcumin extracts is 500-1500 mg per day. Zenwise Joint Support only has 100mg of whole turmeric root, and even less of that is actual curcumin. So I am not sure how well it is going to work here.
Hyaluronic Acid (as Sodium Hyaluronate) (25 mg)
Hyaluronic acid is a component of your joint fluid, helping with lubrication, smooth movement, and shock absorption. Supplementing HA has been shown to improve joint pain and other parameters of joint health.
Sadly, we again meet the problem of a low ingredient dose. The recommended optimal amount of oral hyaluronic acid intake looks to be more towards 120 mg per day.
Is Zenwise Joint Support Safe?
Zenwise Joint Support is a safe supplement for most individuals who’re healthy. But if you have allergies, suffer from a chronic health condition, or are taking medications such as blood thinners, you should speak with your doctor before taking Zenwise Joint Support.
What do Others Say?
On Amazon, Zenwise Joint Support has a score of 4.3 stars out of over 5790 reviews. Here are some of them:
“Within 3 days I could tell a difference in my hips and knees. Can’t wait to see how I feel within a few weeks. Only con which is a HUGE con, these pills are massive and hard to swallow. Except I was taught a hack when taking pills. Instead of throwing your head back like you’ve always done, tilt your head down, chin to chest and they are a breeze to swallow!!” – Amazon Customer
“Very large. I had trouble swallowing these so I gave these to a friend who has joint issues/arthritis.” – Susan (Amazon Customer)
“The reason I didn’t give 5/5 stars is because I don’t like the tablet form of the pill. It is pretty large and is harder for me to swallow than other supplements I take, BUT, it is worth it to me because it is effective. I have been taking this Joint Support for around 9 months now. It didn’t seem to have any effect for the first two months but one day I realized that my pain was gone. I don’t have any diagnosed issues with my joints but I had consistent joint pain in my knees before I starting taking this supplement.” – tallclara (Amazon Customer)
“I’ve been taking these for about 2 months and they seem to work a lot better than anything else that I tried. On the label it only says that it’s manufactured for a company In Orlando but not where it’s actually manufactured. In one of the questions asked, the seller stated that some of the ingredients come from China. Now I have to find a different Company to buy from because I don’t trust any food items from China.” – Daniel E.M. (Amazon Customer)
How Much Does It Cost?
Zenwise Joint Support costs $19.97 per bottle (90 capsules) on its official website. The price goes down to $16.97 if you choose to subscribe for repeated product delivery.
Final Notes
Zenwise Joint Support looks like a decent joint supplement. When you look at its competitive price, I can’t ask for much more than what it has.
You should see an improvement in your joint health. If you have pain, it should lessen. Same with stiffness and loss of mobility.
Even though you might not notice it, Zenwise Joint Support should even give your long-term joint health an aid.
But there had to be some compromises due to the cheap price. The main one is ingredient dosages. Underserved turmeric, Boswellia, and Hyaluronic acid are not likely to produce optimal effects.
